Unfortunately, recent figures suggest that veterans are twice as likely to be unemployed as the general population in the UK.

For them a military life would have been secure, with routine and support. There would be camaraderie with their colleagues, so as a Veteran they can feel isolated as they transition to civilian life and secure a career outside the services.

Many will have physical and mental injuries too, so all our Veterans, will have a programme that builds on and develops their existing skills, expertise and experiences.

Provide self-learn and on-line access to appropriate courses.
