Veteran Housing Group are committed to delivering structured solutions, specific services and long-term assistance for Veterans returning to civilian life.

The aim for our Veterans is to:

Achieve independent living.

Enhance their existing skills, develop new ones and receive appropriate training and education in readiness for employment.

Access the necessary support to maintain and improve their health and wellbeing.

Secure suitable employment.

Within our group and in utilising our extensive support network we ensure we provide a structured programme for each of our Veterans, so that they are not homeless or unemployed by choice.

We explore all opportunities in pursuit of our key goal to ensure that each person can thrive independently.

1. Independent Living includes residential lettings and redevelopments, commercial to residential developments, serviced accommodation, and specialist care country wide to exceed the government’s “Decent Homes” standard.

2. Skill Development based on an individual needs analysis; mentor supported programme and affiliated development providers. Personal improvements are measured against agreed outcomes ensuring the maximum benefit to the individual.

3. Health and Wellbeing interventions to ensure that all Veterans are physically, mentally and emotionally well or on the path to it, so they can maximise the opportunities and thrive independently.

4. Employment Opportunities to enable our Veterans to identify and pursue roles and careers, that inspire them and provide financial stability.
